Legs made from 3mm thick steel. Outriggers and cross members produced with 3mm to 8mm-thick material. High-durability S355 J2+N carbon steel used.
All chassis elements are laser cut and shaped with CNC press brake.Legs are welded from four parts. Elements that require extra strength use thicker steel, not lamination!Additional inspection holes in the legs and all crossmembers so the chassis can be washed inside. Perfect for additional wax protection.Mud-accumulating points kept to a minimum.
Hot dip galvanization – high-quality coating which achieves a most durable finish.Construction designed from the beginning for hot dip galvanization with appropriate size holes and flow ways.
All wheelbases, bodyand engine versions available.
No restrictions. It is possible to make a chassis for a specific application – off road racing, overlanding ect. Equipped with additional fuel and water tanks, different wheelbase, non Land Rover engine and gearbox.

– front: 1,5″ (1 1/2″)
– 1,187″ (1 3/16″) for request
