All chassis elements are laser cut and shaped with CNC press brake.Legs are welded from four parts. Coil spring Series 109″ HT chassis is designed to fit all elements from Discovery I (suspension w/axles, steering box, gear and transfer boxes) with classic Series II/IIA and III body. It comes with bare metal plates allowing to weld any engine mounts you need without interfering in chassis galv layer (we can weld to them standard LR engine mounts if you need), and bolted radiator mounts (drilling bolts for them required depends of radiator possition in your build).
We’ve designed our Series Coil Spring Conversion chassis to be the easiest to build, but bear in mind that connecting two different vehicles is always an individual project which requires build the vehicle, not only straight chassis replacement.
